Group Benefits

McCoy Corporation offers their employees a comprehensive benefit package which will cover medical, dental, life and dependant life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability as well as Alberta Health Care and Medical Services Plan of British Columbia. Services covered by the medical plan include prescription medications, professional services (such as chiropractor, podiatrist, massage therapy, etc.), vision care, as well as many other supplies and services. Coverage also extends to out of province or out of country expenses and travel assistance which provide for both medical and non-medical emergencies when traveling. All employees are eligible for enrollment in the company benefit plan after successful completion of their three-month probationary period.

In addition to the benefit plan, McCoy Corporation also offers its employees an opportunity to participate in a Group Retirement Plan or employee pension plan which would commence after one year of continuous full-time employment.
